Just Jot January - 2020 - A photo
The prompt for today in #JusJoJan is to share a photo taken in the last week. Gotta use three to tell the story. Benny decided he wanted to try on some lipstick.
Good thing the next day was bath and a haircut day.
I think this is my first glimpse of Benny. I love dogs and miss my Toto. She will be gone seven years this coming summer, but is immortalized on my blog as one of the DJ characters pictured in my right sidebar. Looks like Benny was experimenting with a new look by trying on your lipstick. He looks handsome and clean in that "after" picture, and what a great pose!

This is my first dog. We've had cats that have wandered into our life for a while but I resisted getting a dog (even though the rest of the family wanted one) because I knew that I was going to be the one to have to care for it and I wasn't ready for another child/responsibility. Now that my real kids are adults and don't need me, I figured it was time. Also, he is helping me with my weight loss journey too!

ReplyDeleteThere was a patch on the carpet and after I googled it to make sure it wasn't harmful for him, I cleaned it up. It wasn't so bad.
