December Reflections - 2019 Days 6 through 9

I did not do as well at the Holiday boutique last Saturday as I had done in the three previous ones but I did manage to sell a few cards and since it was a new to me venue, got some additional exposure.  It was free to participate and they only asked for a 20% donation from the total profit so I'm afraid they didn't make very much money from me.  It was also raining very hard off and on all day so that may have kept some people away.  At any rate, that was my last show for this year.  Now I can start working to build up the inventory again.  I'm also going to keep my eyes open for opportunities throughout the year next year so it doesn't all come down to the last few months.

On to the December Reflections posts, Day 6 was "Angel."  I didn't take a selfie and didn't find any other angels to take pictures of so I missed that day.

Day 7 was "Favorite Photo of 2019" and there are so many but here are three.

The girls and I at Backstreet Boys concert

My little gnome garden

Sunset at the beach

Day 8 was "Quiet" and I used this picture of the sky.  The quiet before the storm.  It has been pretty rainy here this week.

Today's prompt is "Biggest Change of 2019."  I think losing 57 pounds since March is a pretty big change.

September

Also, getting the studio in the backyard and adding Benny to our lives were pretty big too.

Tomorrow is "Gold" and I'm not sure where I'm going to find that but you know I'll do my best!

August Break - 2019 - 5 Things About Me

I've done posts about myself before so I'm trying to think of new things, or at least a new way of looking at them.  Working from the top left down:

1) I am a hopeless romantic and believe in knights in shining armor, BUT, I also believe that I can be Queen and not just a princess waiting for rescue.

2)  I've had the "Bill Loves Jan" sign for over 30 years and it sticks on the dashboard of all my cars.

3) We went on a helicopter ride and had a picnic overlooking the Grand Canyon for our anniversary a few years ago.  We stayed in the Excalibur Hotel which looks like a castle (see #1).

4)  I am a creator and absolutely love working in my new backyard studio.

5) I am a Pisces and I love the ocean.  I don't get there as much as I'd like and that has to change.

For last year's list you can look here.   Lots of links in this one to keep you entertained.  I'd love to hear 5 things about you!

Must Be May - 2019 - One Liner Wednesday

The April A to Z is over for this year except for the recap on May 6 and time spent visiting people I didn't get a chance to see during the month.  Therefore, it must be May.  Typically it is a less active blog-wise month for most of us who participated in the A to Z as we gather our strength.  I'm going to try to remain a presence as much as I can.  There is the Stream of Consciousness Saturday, Song Lyric Sunday and One-Liner Wednesday so I just need to think of something for the rest of the days.  Maybe I'll start something new!

Today being Wednesday, here is my one-liner...

"If anyone needs me, I'll be in my studio!"

One-Liner Wednesday's brought to you by the lovely Linda.
