We have learned this morning (or maybe last night if you are in a different part of the world) that Helen Vahdati has to take a break from hosting the #SLS group for health reasons.  Fortunately for us, Jim Adams at A Unique Title for Me has volunteered to take over as MASTER of Ceremonies for the group.  He has given us the prompt of "doctor/health/medicine" in honor of Helen.

My husband (not my MASTER even though we say he is Head of the Household for tax purposes) says that Bon Jovi is a chick band and perhaps that is true but we have seen him a few times in concert and I notice that the hubs can get up and dance and sing along with the songs pretty well so...
