We look about the same, don't we?
To wrap up the month, here is my September Selfie and the full moon from the month of September:
My face is a little red from being in the sun all day at a craft fair. It really wasn't as bad as it looks.
So now we are on to October. I haven't decided what theme I'm going to use yet, but I'm sure I'll think of something! Happy October!
Ok, gotta comment on your husband's socks! Mine wore the same ones... and I have to wonder why we let them do that. Don't know anything about Boulder Creek, but it must be great if you've liked it for 31 years. Glad you had a good time.
ReplyDeleteLOL Ally! He is a big Dallas Cowboys fan and I think these were his Cowboy socks. This was early in our marriage and I hadn't started buying his clothes for him yet! Boulder Creek is a wonderful getaway spot in the Santa Cruz Mountains. He golfs, I read and relax. We'd love to get a home down there. It's on my wish list.
ReplyDeleteI've always found then and now photos to be very interesting. Especially when an older family member, like my grandmother, is sharing with me. Hope you had a great outing.
ReplyDeletePS - Thanks for stopping over at my blog. I really appreciate my visitors. Hope you had fun.
Thanks for the return visit, Jeffrey. I do enjoy your blog! Sometimes those way back photos can be depressing - wish I still looked like that girl in the picture sometimes :)
DeleteLove your selfie! And love the before and after pics. Isn't it great to have those old photos?? How time goes by...
ReplyDeleteHard to believe we're already in October and it will be Christmas before we know it! THAT makes me crazy. I just wish I could slow down time...
Have a great month Janet!

Thanks for stopping by, Michele. I have made a scrapbook album chronicling the tournament for the last 20 years plus. It actually takes up three albums and I am needing to go to a fourth soon. It is very fun to look back and see the changes in everyone over that time span.
DeleteOh how fun - love the then & nows! Sounds like Boulder Creek has a hold of your heart - hope your wish to have a home there comes true.
ReplyDeleteThanks Deborah! My husband lived there for a while so he is all on board. Maybe in a few years when I can "retire" too!
