I've been drinking lots of tea lately and the little boxes that the brand I've been using come in are just so cute!
Being the hoarder collector that I am, I started saving them knowing I'd be able to think of something to use them for. This is what I came up with:
I covered the box with some pretty paper and found some cards that I decorated and clipped together with a small ring and some ribbon.
The cards have room on them for small pictures and/or little notes and there are a couple of cute sayings. "Sooner or later we all sound like our mother" is my favorite.
All the cards fit nicely in the box and there is still room to add a gift card or some small candies or even some tea bags. The top of the box says "Happy Mother's Day." This one is already up in my Etsy shop.
I'm gonna make another one in different colors I think but then I also have my mind working toward Father's Day. Wouldn't that make a cute tool box? Stay tuned!
